Competition Format: A group of up to 4 competitors will compete for 1st, 2nd, and two 3rd places.

Divisions Guidelines:

1. The judges and instructors will hold the boards. (Participants will not provide their own holders or boards. Boards will be provided for free.)
2. Maximum number of attempts is three (3).
3. All boards for breaking will be Demo Boards.
4. Performances will be evaluated based on demonstration of Taekwondo:
   • Skills
   • Presentation
   • Boards Broken

Breaking Technique:
Any two board breaking techniques of your choice.
